Typically, tiny homes are only eight feet wide and so we offer a wider and more functional model.
Many lower-cost housing options require major renovations long before the end of their mortgage term–generating costs that outweigh the home’s actual value.
The Bach is built on site or offsite and delivered and installed. The installation process takes less than a week, reducing disruption to the environment and surrounding community.
Inspired by a need to maximize the use of space as land values continue to rise at an exponential rate, the Bach is about living smaller and more compact without sacrificing quality or style.

The Bach comes in three structural models, which can be purchased as a finished home or built to “lock-up,” which excludes interior finishing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and any (non structural) internal framing.
The Bach is adaptable and designed to grow with you; It can connect to accommodate the need for more space in the future which is perfect for growing families or those looking to add an office or recreational area.
